01. What are our options for food?
We work with an amazing selection of five caterers. These include Mission BBQ, Nelsons, The Skillet, Navarre Catering, and SugarElla's Catering.
01. What are our options for food
We do not have a prep kitchen, warming area, or cooler to keep food or desserts. It is best for deserts to be delivered as close to the ceremony time as possible and our staff will help get them set out if needed.
02. DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN?
The buffet is set up on the dance floor. The caterers we prefer know to clean up as fast as possible after dinner to allow the dancing to start.
We find people love doing the first dances in open area under the chandelier! It's a more intimate and romantic area.
03. WHERE IS DINNER SET UP?
We allow you to choose from our bar packages, which you can find on this page. Country Strong provides bartending staff, and we ill order and provide alcohol for the selected package. Bar services last for a total of four hours.
Note: We also offer nonalcoholic drinks for those interested!
04. WHAT ARE OUR OPTIONS FOR A BAR?
If you choose to offer alcohol at your event, an officer must be present to patrol the property. They are on site 30 minutes before the bar opens, as well as 30 minutes after the bar closes. We work with a local department and schedule the officer. Event hosts are required to pay the officer on duty for their time ($40/hour).
05. WHAT DOES SECURITY LOOK LIKE?
Yes, we would rather your guests be safe than sorry. We ask that they are picked up by 9 a.m. the next morning.
06. Can we leave vehicles overnight if people are drinking?
Not at all! We want you to have the vendors of your choice. Our preferred vendors are vendors we have worked with and love. They are not mandatory, but are there to help you with your vendor search.
07. Other than caterers do you require any other vendors?
We have a golf cart with an attendant who will shuttle guests around. The barn and restrooms are also handicap-accessible.
Please keep in mind that our building is a barn that was built in the 1800s, and has been made as accessible as possible. We suggest a family member or friend assist those who may have difficulties.
08. HOW DO YOU ACCOMMODATE GUESTS THAT HAVE A HARDER TIME GETTING AROUND?
Absolutely! We do ask that decor is set up and used in a way that there is no damage made to the existing property or structures. Any decor that does not belong to Country Strong should be set up by the client or their friends and family. You will have access into the barn at 9am the day of your event to start your set up.
